I am making risotto. With funnell chanterelles that were actually given to me, I have not picked them myself. Delicious. I looove risotto. And a glass of wine and some good music and then this tuesday has it´sperfect peak!

What a beautiful shot and I adore risotto! My favorite is black truffle risotto which I have enjoyed only twice.
