Today has been wonderful, filled with love, food and a little fun work.
I made a finnish version of galettes for dinner, well, it is not galettes at all as I didn't fry galettes, I used a flatbread! But the topping is something I usually top galettes with...I topped it with spinach, slices of apple, fried mushrooms and fried tomatoes, grilled chevré and roasted pumpkin seeds, fresh coriander and balsamico. Sooooo delicious!
